Right to Terminate

Free returns within 30 days of receiving your order

Do you want to return or exchange your order? Free returns are possible within 30 days of purchase, but all the shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty. Otherwise, refund will be issued without the shipping cost. Returned items must be in perfect condition, all the tags must still be on, original packaging must also be intact. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

To return a product contact us at contact@naklejtu.com and send the product to Joanna Petruczenko, Wyzwolenia 10a/6, 41-600 Świętochłowice, Poland include order details, information about the reason you`re returning (return, complaint, warranty) and contact information otherwise we won`t be able to identify your package. If the returned product is in perfect condition you`ll be able to exchange it for a different product or get a refund to the original payment method. If you`re exchanging the product for a different one you must cover additional shipping costs.

Products that were personalized – custom designs, sizes, formats, etc. - can`t be returned. For example, you can return any size of kitty pride flags that are available on naklejtatu.com, but if you order one with your dog or one in the size that isn`t available otherwise you won`t be able to return it.

Warranty

You can return faulty products within 2 years, products can be mended, if possible, or refunded. The seller decides if the product could be mended. This does not include normal wear and tear or using products without following the care instructions (like washing our flags or blankets with bleach).

Severance

Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
