Right to withdraw from the contract
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the concluded distance contract.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting to us a statement of withdrawal from the contract. You may do so, for example, by sending an email to: sklep@naklejtatu.com or by using the withdrawal function available on the website https://zwroty-shoper.pl/019ecfe1-92d6-7f48-8933-e3578704f907/naklejtatu-rainbow-kitty-flags/en_EN.
If you use this function, we will send you, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email), including its content and the date and time of submission.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:
- for a contract in which we deliver goods, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract covering multiple goods delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the last good, batch or part;
- for digital content - from the day the contract is concluded.
It is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline expires.
Return the goods to us without delay at the address: Wyzwolenia 10a/6, 41-600 Świętochłowice, Poland, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.
We will refund any payments you have made to you without delay under the terms set out in the Shop Regulations, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
If we did not offer to collect the goods from you – we may withhold the refund of the payment you made to us until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return - depending on which event occurs first.
